Come dressed as your favourite fairy, 🧚🏽forest creature🦄, or whimsical character — think glitter, wings, flowers, antlers, or anything fantastical!
This workshop is all about embracing your imagination while exploring beautiful aerial Hoop movement.
What's included:
✨ Aerial Hoop skills for all levels — from fluttery beginners to soaring sprites
✨ Whimsical flow games and magical movement exploration
✨ Create your own flower crown to wear in our enchanted forest🌸🌼🪷
✨ Strike a pose in our fairy-tale photo shoot with a magical forest backdrop!
✨ Make new fairy friends and let your imagination take flight
Whether you're a twirling woodland fox, a gliding fairy queen, or a sparkly squirrel with sass — you're invited to this dreamy day of aerial fun and creative play!

Learn how colour can influence movement, energy and expression as you flow through the silks with confidence and imagination.
✨ Play with Rainbow Props:
Spin, twirl and fly using a variety of bright and playful props, including:
• Rainbow scarves
• Gymnastics ribbons
• And other colourful surprises!
🎥 Create Your Colourful Moment:
Blend your moves with props and create a short video full of rainbow joy — a beautiful memory of your day in flight.
🎨 Rainbow Craft Station:
Get hands-on and make your very own rainbow keepsake to take home — a lasting reminder of the colour and creativity you shared.

We've added some optional extra team training days over half term for some of our teams to take another step forward as we prepare for the fast-approaching championships!
While these sessions are optional, we encourage as many team members as possible to attend so we can maximize our preparation.
• FREE for all Inclusive Team members
• £10 per session for Pay-As-You-Go team members (discounted rate)
